Important COVID-19 precautions update

Strict COVID-19 precautions and infection control are in place in our practice to protect our staff and patients.

We ask that you DO NOT ATTEND and ring to reschedule your appointment if you are unwell, or have visited a COVID-19 exposure location, or have been in close contact with a COVID-19 positive case in the last 14 days.

As part of social distancing measures at our practice to comply with COVID-19 precautions and government guidelines, we ask that you refrain from bringing accompanying persons to your appointment.

If you arrive early for your appointment, please refrain from entering our practice until your appointment time to help us comply with social distancing. Please ring us upon your arrival and wait in your car until we are ready for your appointment. We will ring you to come into the practice when we are ready for you.

We strongly encourage you to wear a face mask to your appointment. We are unable to provide face masks.

Please use hand sanitizer available at reception upon your arrival.

As our staff are currently needing more time to clean and disinfect surfaces, our phone lines are now shut between 12-1pm to allow for this.
